Lutz Entertainment is a Hudson Valley DJ Service whose primary focus is on non-cheesy DJ entertainment. As a professional musician for over 25 years, Jimmy Lutz, the sole DJ and MC, brings class, expertise, spirit and flow to your Hudson Valley Wedding or event.

Jimmy’s Philosophy:

The purpose of music is to move you, touch your soul and make you feel ecstatic – this is what Jimmy aims for in choosing the music at all of his events.  Like an artist with a palate, he takes your favorite song requests and paints a musical tapestry that you and your guests are sure to enjoy.

What You Can Expect From Jimmy:

Along with his deep passion and feel for music, Jimmy delivers energy and vibe to your party and knows how to connect with you and all your guests so that your dance floor is packed all night long!  He is always conscientious of how the music he plays is being received. This means Jimmy is continuously ”reading the crowd” so that no one feels left out or alienated because they haven’t heard that special song.  For him, a packed dance floor means nothing if the people aren’t feeling it deep inside. Part of how he accomplishes this is by spending a good deal of time beforehand getting to know you and your musical tastes as well as the dynamics of your family and friends so that you never have to worry about the wrong music being played on your special day.
